Currently, the latest version of aWiki unfortunately does not work with all wikis. It would be for a later version.
If you have the apache server and the mod_rewrite module is activated, you can follow these steps to configure your mediawiki well:
Look at officialy website: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Short_URL
Currently, aWiki needs that Script path and article path being deferential.
